Fitness has always been my passion, allowing me to create a career that I truly love. M Fitness  allows me to pursue my enthusiasm for health and fitness while sharing it with others. As an athlete, I've gained insight into the significance of fitness both in life and in sports. I firmly believe that the only limits are those we impose on ourselves, and achieving results requires hard work and dedication.

Education/Experience 

B.S. in Science from William Paterson University

Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Bond University, Australia

 

 Extensive experience in managing corporate fitness with a strong foundation in fitness training. My clinical background includes working with diverse patient populations in both outpatient and inpatient environments. As a certified Exos Sports Performance Specialist, I am equipped to assist athletes in reaching their full potential, regardless of their sport or experience level. Whether you're a newcomer or a competitive athlete looking to improve your performance, M provides the resources you need to achieve your goals.
